1. Facility and Equipment
- Facility:
- Rectangular standard football field.
- Dimensions: Length 90-120 meters, Width 45-90 meters.
- Goalposts: 7.32 m wide, 2.44 m high.
- Markings: Center circle, penalty area, goal area, touchlines, goal lines.
- Equipment:
- Football: Size 5 (adults), size 4/3 (youth).
- Goalposts and nets.
- Corner flags.
- Shin guards, football boots, goalkeeper gloves.
2. Lofted Pass
- Stance: Feet shoulder-width apart, non-kicking foot beside the ball, body leaning slightly forward.
- Contact: Use laces to strike lower part of the ball; angle foot to lift the ball.
- Follow Through: Swing kicking leg upward in direction of pass; maintain balance.
3. Marking and Dodging
- Marking: Stay between opponent and goal, predict movements, use close or zonal marking.
- Dodging: Feint, fake, turn quickly, accelerate/decelerate to evade opponent.
4. Goalkeeping
- Quick reactions to shots.
- Side and forward dives to save shots.
- Maintain central positioning in relation to the ball.
- Catching: Secure the ball with hands.
- Punching: Use fists to clear ball away from goal.

- Marking the football field and improvising equipment.
- Practicing lofted passes in pairs.
- Drilling marking and dodging techniques.
- Goalkeeping drills: catching, diving, punching.
