How to revise Business Studies by topic

Start with one topic already covered in class. Read the question carefully, note the command word and answer independently before consulting any answer booklet. Separate sales revenue from profit

Illustrative practice task: A learner sells 20 items at KSh 50 each. Stock cost KSh 600 and transport cost KSh 100. Calculate revenue and profit.

Reasoning: Revenue is 20 × 50 = KSh 1,000. Total stated costs are KSh 700, leaving KSh 300 profit. The full selling price is not profit. When practising, list each cost before subtracting it and state any costs excluded from the question.
